Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room daily from 8:00am to 9:00am. Click here to see our breakfast menu

Cars/Parking

Please park your car in the car park located at the western end of the property, adjacent to the entrance.

Check In

Check-in is at 2:00pm. An earlier arrival may be available upon request.

Check Out

Check-out by 11:00am. This may be extended subject to availability.  

Drinking Water

Our tap water is safe to drink.

Email

Email can be received at the following address: info@thelaurelsbnb.com and marked for the recipient’s attention.

Fire

In the event of a fire/emergency, please leave the building as quickly and calmly as possible.

Hair Dryers

Hair dryers can be found in the ensuite bathroom cabinet.

Heaters

Heaters are provided in each guest room. Please take care to turn the heater off whilst asleep.

Housekeeping

There is a daily housekeeping service. If you don't wish to have your room serviced, please let us know.

Towels are refreshed daily. If you'd like to observe our environmental policy and save on towels, we ask that you leave them on the towel rail. If you wish to have your towels refreshed, please leave them in the shower area.

Should you need any other housekeeping items such as additional towels, soap, pillows or blankets, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to provide them.

Room Key

You will be provided with a room and front door key for the duration of your stay. Please keep these keys with you at all times.

Lost Property

Lost property will be held for a period of three months. Any items not claimed within this period will be donated to charity.

Sitting Room

This space is for use by all guests at their leisure. A complimentary glass of wine and cheese board will be served in the Sitting Room daily in the late afternoon.

Smoking

There is strictly no smoking in the rooms. All rooms are fitted with a smoke alarm. Smoking is permitted outside. Please ask your hosts for an ashtray.  

Television

All rooms are equipped with digital televisions with Free to Air channels.
